Green Star is a comprehensive, national, voluntary environmental rating system. It evaluates the environmental design, performance and construction of buildings based on a number of criteria, including energy, water efficiency, indoor environment quality and resource conservation. With 11 per cent of Australia's CBD commercial office buildings Green Star certified, building green is now a business imperative.
